Our last training session was at Glenwood House, George. Afterwards, we all went to John Dory’s for a meal, and received our kit for Champs.

The Moreson Mile was held on the 22nd of February 2025 at Island Lake, Wilderness.

From January 2025 to mid-March, FEMS were hard at training for the SAMS National Champs

FEMS members took to various waters and pools to continue their fitness program for next year’s champs.
