4 Main reasons you should join
Fish Eagles Masters Swimming Club
Some of us swim really well
At the 40th National Masters Swimming Championships held in Durban in March 2025, our 24 competing masters swimmers won a total of 58 medals.
Some of us are really dedicated
We have members who regularly compete in galas and swimming events locally, nationally and internationally. Some of us are not that dedicated and are happy to join in the organized training sessions or open-water swims during the summer.
Some of us are really fit
Some of us train daily with a coach, while others train at the local gym or at a 25m and 50m outdoor pool in George. Others resort to rivers, lagoons, and dams to keep fit and in shape.
All of us are really fun
We are always eager to join social and fun activities. A picnic after an open-water swim, a brunch after an AGM, or a Bring & Braai to celebrate a successful National Champs will always be well attended.
